AMMC 2025 Conference Presentation

At the American Museum Membership Conference this year in Cleveland, OH, our very own Dana Hines presented on Monday at the session “Welcome to Membership! An on-ramp to career success!” with colleagues Marianne Chrzanowski of Holden Forests and Gardens and Connor Kilian of Longue Vue House and Gardens. While much of the session was a Q&A with the membership managers (who did a great job sharing!), Dana did present some great information for those new to the membership field, and you can download those slides here.
